Items shipped overseas may be subject to customs duty and may experience delays upon entry into the destination country. 

Refunds and exchanges will need to be sent back to club shop, please return the item to Edgbaston Shop, Edgbaston Stadium, Edgbaston Road, Birmingham, B5 7QU

We can then process an exchange or process the refund.
