When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
Online orders from Store 94 typically take between 3-5 working days to arrive. If you haven't received your item after 6 working days, please contact us via store94@edgbaston.com
Printing Disclaimer: Please read the information below before proceeding with your personalization. Any items purchased with printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. Orders containing printed items may take an additional 2-3 days to dispatch.
SQUAD NAMES & NUMBERS:
- Squad numbers are accurate at the time of advertising, but they may be subject to change. We are unable to accept responsibility if a player changes their name or number prior to the start of the season.
SIZING:
- Please make sure to select the correct shirt size before proceeding with your personalization, as we are unable to issue an exchange or refund once your item has been printed.
GARMENT CARE:
- To keep your personalized item in optimal condition, please take care when washing. We recommend a 30-degree wash with the garment turned inside out.

Store '94 is open Monday - Friday, 10am-4pm.
Where is Store 94?
Store 94 is located at Edgbaston Stadium, along Edgbaston Road. You can visit us via Bus or Car. If your driving to the store, you can park onsite at the ground using the following address; Edgbaston Stadium, Edgbaston Road, Birmingham, B5 7QU.
How do I claim a refund/exchange?
At Store 94 we offer a 30 day refund policy. Refunds and exchanges will need to be sent back to club shop, please return the item to Edgbaston Shop, Edgbaston Stadium, Edgbaston Road, Birmingham, B5 7QU
We can then process an exchange or process the refund.
