Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Personalised orders may take up to 10 working days to dispatch due to the extra time required to create them.

Delivery Method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour service. Most orders should arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch.

Click & Collect
You can choose free Click & Collect at checkout and collect your order during our in-store opening hours.

Raising a Delivery Issue
If you haven’t received your order 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us at store94@edgbaston.com. We can then raise a delivery issue with Royal Mail and advise you on the next steps.

Kit Printing

Kit Printing

We offer a full printing service for our domestic cricket kits, catering to both adults and juniors.

‎ 

Shirt Printing

Personalisation is available on adult and junior domestic replica shirts only. You can choose a player name or a custom name for your shirt. Printing is not available on training kits or other items.

  • Any player or custom name & number: £15

Order Fulfilment

We aim to process and dispatch all personalised cricket shirts within 3 to 7 working days.

Important Information

Please carefully check the following before placing your personalised order:

  • Item size

  • Name spelling

  • Number selection

You have 24 hours from placing your order to inform us of any mistakes. After this period, we cannot correct errors or offer refunds/exchanges.

Refunds & Replacements

Personalised domestic cricket shirts are excluded from our standard 30-day returns policy, unless the item arrives with incorrect printing or is faulty.

Getting Here:

  • By Car: Parking is available at the nearby Canon Hill Park, which is privately operated and pay-and-display.
  • By Bus: The Superstore is accessible via the 45 and 47 bus routes, which serve Pershore Road, approximately a 2-minute walk from the ground.
  • On Foot: The Superstore is accessible via its Edgbaston Road entrance.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, returning it is straightforward.

‎ 

Online Orders

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please package it securely and include your name, order number, and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange. Post it back to us via your local post office, and once we receive the item, we’ll process your request as quickly as possible.

You’re also welcome to bring your order back to our store in person for an exchange or refund.

In-Store Purchases

Simply bring your item along with proof of purchase back to our store, and we’ll be happy to exchange or refund it.

‎ 

Important Information

• Personalised or customised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. At certain times of year (such as Christmas), we may extend this window to make gift returns easier.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

• Please package items carefully before sending them back to us, as we can’t accept responsibility for damage in transit.

Missing Items or Order Issues

If your order is missing an item, or you’ve received something by mistake, please get in touch straight away. We’ll make sure it’s sorted as quickly as possible. If there’s an issue with the quality of your order, we can also provide a returns label to make the process easy and hassle-free. Simply email us at store94@edgbaston.com to arrange this.

Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel an order before it’s dispatched by contacting us directly. Please note that personalised items can only be cancelled if work hasn’t yet begun on customisation.

Stock Availability

On rare occasions, items may be out of stock or delayed. If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives, back-ordering, or a refund if needed.

Can I use my membership discount online?

If you are eligible for a member's discount in-store, you may redeem it online by entering your membership number in the discount box at checkout.

Please note that membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
